Scheduling Appointments is Easier Than Ever

New patients: Schedule your first appointment using our online scheduler below.
Established patients: We have made scheduling appointments easier than ever with our mobile app, ChiroHD, available on both Android and Apple devices.
Instructions for the app:
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE APP
Let us know that you would like to use the ChiroHD app. You can call or email us to get started. We will send you an email to grant you access that looks just like the one you see in the screenshot here.
When you get the email, click on the first blue button in the email to download the ChiroHD app. Clicking the button will take you to your app store. Click “download” and then come back to your email.
STEP 2: LINK YOUR ACCOUNT
After you download the app and navigate back to your email, click the second blue button that reads “Open ChiroHD app and link profile.”
Once you open the app, you be prompted to create a password. Your password must be 8 characters or more, and must contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a special character, and a number.
Once the app has been downloaded and the account has been linked, you can schedule, reschedule, or cancel your own appointments. All appointment reminders and other communications will still take place via text message.
