Uplift Spine and Injury values your privacy. We comply fully with HIPAA and Arkansas state medical privacy regulations. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data collected for SMS notifications will strictly be used for provider-to-patient care and will never be shared, leased, or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. 

Uplift Spine and Injury Notifications provides automated and conversational text messages for patient care. By opting in, you can expect to receive appointment reminders, scheduling updates, clinical check-ins, occasional promotional offers or wellness updates, and direct communications from Dr. Brad Chambers, DC, and the clinic staff.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. We will process your opt-out request immediately, but please allow up to 10 business days for the change to fully reflect in our system during technical updates. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
